Dear readers,
Another year is drawing to a close and it is time to take a brief look back: What did I do well last year? Where and when could I have made better or different decisions? Who did I do good for, and who did I perhaps not do good for?
We believe that such reflections are important in life, because only then can we continue to actively shape the future. Unfortunately, unpredictable strokes of fate are part of life. The question is how each individual can deal with and process them. A tunnel can be a few metres long or over 17 km. It is not always the dry spell that is important, but rather the light at the end of the tunnel that brings us hope again.
We in the team can look back on a highly positive year, even though we did experience a few low points, which we were able to overcome brilliantly. And we remain convinced that we have one of the most wonderful jobs! Contact with people (who can sometimes be ‘challenging’) and their emotions constantly brings new rays of hope to our everyday lives, such as the sparkle in the eyes of buyers and sellers.
